A person may not:
- A. Operate or cause to be operated an unauthorized vessel across an approved powerboat race, regatta, or exhibition course, or cause interference with an approved race, regatta, or exhibition.
- B. Swim across the boundary of an approved race, regatta, or exhibition course.
