1. A. Except as provided in §B of this regulation, the sale, trade, barter, or transfer to another person of any live or dead wildlife acquired under the authority of this chapter is prohibited.
2. B. A wildlife damage control operator may sell, trade, barter, or transfer the pelt of any fur-bearing mammal acquired between November 1 and March 15.
