This chapter applies to an individual who is licensed in accordance with Natural Resources Article, §4-210 or 4-210.1, Annotated Code of Maryland, to accept direct or indirect consideration for providing services as a fishing guide to an individual fishing in the waters of the State. This chapter also applies to an individual under the guidance of the licensee.
