1. A. Shellfish Harvest. Except as provided in §C of this regulation, shellfish harvesting is prohibited in an area designated as Zone A listed in Regulation .03 of this chapter.
2. B. Seed Certification. Only certified seed shall be planted in areas designated as Zone A and Zone B.
3. C. Chester River. Clam harvesting is permitted in an area designated as Zone A listed in Regulation .04B of this chapter.
