Upon receipt of a timely request for an investigation, the Administration shall:

1. A. Conduct an investigation;
2. B. Review any documents submitted by the obligee;
3. C. Prepare a written summary of the investigation, including any pending action; and
4. D. Forward the investigation summary to the obligee.
