1. A. The Administration shall issue an amended earnings withholding notice to an obligor's employer when:

   1. (1) The support obligation changes;
   2. (2) The Administration changes the amount to be paid toward the arrears; or
   3. (3) All arrears have been paid in full and only current support is due.

2. B. The Administration shall issue a notice to terminate earnings withholding when:

   1. (1) The child support obligation is terminated; and
   2. (2) All arrears, if any, are paid in full.
