1. A. The licensing authority shall reinstate the license of an obligor within 1 business day upon receipt of a:

   1. (1) Notice from the Administration requesting reinstatement; or

   2. (2) Court order:

      1. (a) Directing the licensing authority to reinstate the license, or
      2. (b) Which otherwise would be violated or in conflict with the license suspension.
2. B. The obligor shall pay the licensing authority any fees associated with reinstatement of the license.
