1. A. The grantee shall:

   1. (1) Provide one or more of the citizenship promotion activities specified in Regulation .03 of this chapter;

   2. (2) Keep records on Program participants that include:

      1. (a) Photocopies of both sides of the participant's Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) Alien Registration Receipt Form (1-55 or “green card”), and
      2. (b) The participant's address and telephone number at the time of completion of Program participation;
   3. (3) Submit quarterly a narrative report to the Office that accurately reflects the accomplishment of the measurable objectives stipulated in the applicant's proposal; and
   4. (4) Submit a final narrative report which includes the information specified in §A(2) of this regulation.

2. B. The Office shall:

   1. (1) Reserve the right to require the grantee to lower a fee to a level the Office considers to be reasonable; and

   2. (2) Serve as a clearinghouse for citizenship service providers for:

      1. (a) Information on naturalization and citizenship, and
      2. (b) Timely information on revisions of INS regulations.

3. C. The Office may monitor grantee performance by:

   1. (1) Review of statistical and narrative reports;
   2. (2) Site visits; or
   3. (3) Both §C(1) and (2) of this regulation.
