1. A. The service provider shall provide, or arrange for the provision of, the following services:

   1. (1) Employment services, which include;

      1. (a) Employability assessment and plan,
      2. (b) Employment counseling, including work orientation, job readiness training, job search assistance, reassessment, job clubs and job workshops,
      3. (c) Job development, including job orders, referrals, placements, follow up and job upgrades;

   2. (2) Training in the following:

      1. (a) English language training, including English as a Second Language (ESL) and Vocational English as a Second Language (VESL),
      2. (b) Vocational training, and
      3. (c) On-the-job training (OJT).

2. B. The service provider may provide the following services:

   1. (1) Outreach services;
   2. (2) Skills recertification;
   3. (3) Day care;
   4. (4) Transportation;

   5. (5) Social adjustment services, which include:

      1. (a) Emergency, information and referral,
      2. (b) Health-related,
      3. (c) Home management services; and
   6. (6) Translation and interpreter services.
