1. A. The grant closing shall be scheduled by the Department or the local administrator.

2. B. Grant Documents.

   1. (1) Grant document forms shall be provided by the Program and may not be altered.
   2. (2) Grant documents shall be executed on behalf of the Department by an Authorized Officer of the Department or an authorized local administrator.
3. C. Charges and Fees. The Department or the local administrator may charge and collect from the grantee reasonable and customary amounts acceptable to the Department.
