1. A. Program funds may be used to pay the cost of the lead abatement treatment required by the Program, as described in Regulation .07 of this chapter, to the extent permitted under Regulation .11B of this chapter.

2. B. Program funds may also be used to pay all or a portion of the following costs, the extent of the coverage to be determined for each project in the discretion of the Program:

   1. (1) Post-treatment cleanup costs;
   2. (2) Costs of testing required under Regulation .08 of this chapter;
   3. (3) Costs of interim controls, defined in Regulation .03B of this chapter, as approved by the Program for the project;
   4. (4) Costs of risk assessment, defined in Regulation .03B of this chapter, and costs of inspections; and
   5. (5) Other costs determined by the Program to be permitted under the federal grant that provides the funds for the Program.

3. C. Program funds may not be used:

   1. (1) For chelation or other medical treatment; or
   2. (2) To meet the costs of repairing a structural defect that causes paint to chip, peel, or flake.
