1. A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

2. B. Terms Defined.

   1. (1) “Board” means the Revenue Bond Advisory Board.
   2. (2) “Department” means the Department of Housing and Community Development.
   3. (3) “Deputy Secretary” means the Deputy Secretary of the Department.
   4. (4) “Revenue bonds” or “bonds” means bonds, notes, or other securities issued by the Department or any of its agencies.
   5. (5) “Secretary” means the Secretary of Housing and Community Development.
