The Committee shall review and make recommendations to the Secretary regarding:

1. A. All loans in excess of $250,000 proposed to be made by the:

   1. (1) Community Development Administration,
   2. (2) Division of Development Finance, and
   3. (3) Maryland Housing Fund;

2. B. The investment policies of the:

   1. (1) Community Development Administration, and
   2. (2) Maryland Housing Fund; and

3. C. The project financing policies of the:

   1. (1) Community Development Administration, and
   2. (2) Division of Development Finance.
