- A. The Department shall approve the rent for employee housing.
B. In reviewing the rent for employee housing, the Department shall consider:
- (1) The physical condition of the housing;
- (2) The maintenance cost; and
- (3) Appraisals of the property as determined by an appropriate appraisal method including but not limited to the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation.
