1. A. In this subtitle, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

2. B. Terms Defined.

   1. (1) “Department” means the Department of General Services.

   2. (2) Program.

      1. (a) “Program” means the State Employee Rental Housing Program.
      2. (b) “Program” includes all leases of State-owned property to a State employee, agent, servant, or other individual in State service for the purpose of permitting the individual to maintain a residence on or in the property.
