Training on the operation and maintenance of an assistive listening system shall be provided by the recipient of State funds as part of the project.

1. A. The training may be provided as a part of the services of the company contracted to install the assistive listening system or as a separate service contract.
2. B. Companies contracted to install the assistive listening system, train users, or both, shall do so in a manner consistent with applicable federal laws and regulations.
