Md. Code Ann., Transp. § 8-613.3 – Appropriations used to comply with Watershed Implementation Plan

(1) $45,000,000 for fiscal year 2015;
(2) $65,000,000 for fiscal year 2016;
(3) $85,000,000 for fiscal year 2017;
(4) $100,000,000 for fiscal year 2018; and
(5) $100,000,000 for fiscal year 2019.

The Governor shall include in the annual operating or capital budget an appropriation to the Administration to be used to comply with the Watershed Implementation Plan in the amount of:
