1. (a) The head of the Administration is the Executive Director.

2. (b)

   1. (1) The Executive Director shall report directly to the Commission.

   2. (2) Subject to the authority of the Commission, the Executive Director is responsible for carrying out:

      1. (i) The powers and duties vested by law in the Administration; and
      2. (ii) The regulations adopted by the Commission.
   3. (3) The Executive Director is entitled to the salary provided in the State budget.
