1. (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

2. (b) “Commercial use airport” means any publicly or privately owned airport at which:

   1. (1) Landing or tie down fees are charged;
   2. (2) Aviation fuel or oil is sold;
   3. (3) Space is rented;
   4. (4) Goods or services are sold; or
   5. (5) Any other activity is carried on for remuneration.
3. (c) “Public use airport” means any publicly or privately owned airport that is open to flight operations by the public.
