1. (a) The Administration may suspend or revoke any dealer, manufacturer, distributor, or factory branch license on a finding that a party violated this subtitle.
2. (b) The Administration may impose a fine not exceeding $1,000 for each violation of this subtitle.
3. (c) A dealer, manufacturer, distributor, factory branch, or warrantor is entitled to a hearing under Title 12, Subtitle 2 of this article to contest an action or fine imposed under this section.
