Sale of flags
Effective Jul 1, 2000Added by Acts 1988, c. 2, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1989. Amended by Acts 2000, c. 86, § 1, eff. July 1, 2000.State of Maryland
(1) a Maryland State flag;
(2) a United States flag; or
(3) a prisoner of war flag or missing in action flag honoring and remembering military personnel who have served in the armed forces of the United States.
The sales and use tax does not apply to a sale of:
