1. (a) The Commission shall meet at the call of the chair, a majority of the members, or the Governor.

2. (b) A member of the Commission:

   1. (1) may not receive compensation as a member of the Commission; but
   2. (2) is entitled to receive reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
