1. (a) The Trust shall consist of the following voting members:

   1. (1) the Governor;
   2. (2) the President of the Senate;
   3. (3) the Speaker of the House of Delegates;
   4. (4) the Secretary of General Services; and
   5. (5) the Director of the Maryland Historical Trust.

2. (b) The Trust shall consist of the following advisor nonvoting members:

   1. (1) the Director of the Baltimore Museum of Art;
   2. (2) the Director of the Maryland Historical Society;
   3. (3) the Director of the St. Mary's City Commission;
   4. (4) the Director of the Talbot County Historical Society;
   5. (5) the Director of the Walters Museum of Art;
   6. (6) the Director of the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts;
   7. (7) the Chairman of the History Department of the University of Maryland, College Park Campus;
   8. (8) the Horticulturist from the Paca House and Gardens;
   9. (9) the State Archivist; and
   10. (10) up to three members of the general public appointed by the Governor.
3. (c) A voting or nonvoting member may designate another individual to represent the member at the Trust.
