- (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
- (b) “Department” means the Department of Social and Economic Mobility.
- (c) “Secretary” means the Secretary of Social and Economic Mobility.
- (d) “Unit of State government” or “unit” means an agency or unit of the Executive Branch of State government.
