1. (a) A majority of the authorized membership of the Board is a quorum.
2. (b) The Board shall meet at least quarterly each year at the times and places determined by the Board or the chair of the Board.

3. (c) A member of the Board:

   1. (1) may not receive compensation for service on the Board; but
   2. (2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
