Commerce Subcabinet

(a) There is a Commerce Subcabinet.
(b) The Subcabinet is composed of the following members:
1. (1) the Secretary, or the Secretary's designee;
2. (2) the Secretary of Transportation, or the Secretary's designee;
3. (3) the Secretary of Labor, or the Secretary's designee;
4. (4) the Secretary of the Environment, or the Secretary's designee;
5. (5) the Secretary of Housing and Community Development, or the Secretary's designee;
6. (6) the Secretary of Planning, or the Secretary's designee; and
7. (7) the Special Secretary of Minority Affairs, or the Special Secretary's designee.
