1. (a) The Board shall adopt regulations for the reactivation of the license of an individual whose license is suspended under § 9-2426 of this subtitle that require, at a minimum:

   1. (1) that the individual demonstrate compliance with all terms and conditions of the suspension order; and
   2. (2) payment of a reactivation fee set by the Board.

2. (b) The Board shall adopt regulations for the reinstatement of the license of an individual whose license is revoked under § 9-2426 of this subtitle that require, at a minimum:

   1. (1) a period of time set by the Board during which the individual may not apply for reinstatement; and
   2. (2) payment of a reinstatement fee set by the Board.
