1. (a)

   1. (1) The Board shall elect the chair from among its members.
   2. (2) The term of the chair is 2 years.

2. (b)

   1. (1) The Board shall meet at least once each quarter at the times and places set by the Board.

   2. (2) The Board may call special meetings at the request of:

      1. (i) the chair;
      2. (ii) the Director; or
      3. (iii) a majority of the members of the Board.
3. (c) A majority of the members then serving on the Board is a quorum.

4. (d) A member of the Board:

   1. (1) may not receive compensation as a member of the Board; but
   2. (2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
