Commission meetings and functions

- (a) The Commission shall meet at least quarterly at the times and places that the Commission determines.
(b) A member of the Commission:
- (1) may not receive compensation; but
- (2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations,1 as provided in the State budget.
- (c) The Archives shall provide staff services for the Commission.
(d)
- (1) The Commission shall be an advisory body for the Archives.
(2) The Commission shall review and comment on:
- (i) the proposed budget of the Archives;
- (ii) all proposed publications of the Archives; and
- (iii) all proposed policies pertaining to the use of the Archives by the public.
