1. (1) an organizational chart that:

   1. (i) shows the major subunits in the unit; and
   2. (ii) lists the name and title of each individual who heads a subunit; and
2. (2) a concise description of the department or unit and each subunit.

The secretary of each principal department and the head of each other unit in the Executive Branch of the State government that is not in a principal department shall include on the website for the department or unit:
