Functions of Division and Administrator

(a) The Division shall compile and edit:
- (1) the Code of Maryland Regulations; and
- (2) as a temporary supplement, the Maryland Register.
- (b) Subject to the limitations in this subtitle, the Administrator is responsible for the publication and distribution of the Code of Maryland Regulations and the Register.
