1. (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
2. (b) “Charging party” means the party alleging that an unfair labor practice has occurred.
3. (c) “Federal Act” means the federal National Labor Relations Act.
4. (d) “NLRB” means the National Labor Relations Board.
5. (e) “Respondent” means the party that allegedly committed an unfair labor practice.
