1. (a) In this section, “county office of civil rights” means the county office responsible for responding to complaints alleging discrimination in a county.

2. (b) This section applies only to:

   1. (1) Anne Arundel County;
   2. (2) Baltimore City;
   3. (3) Baltimore County;
   4. (4) Howard County;
   5. (5) Montgomery County; and
   6. (6) Prince George's County.

3. (c) On or before October 1 each year, each county office of civil rights, or other appropriate agency, shall report the following information to the Commission:

   1. (1) the number of complaints received alleging discrimination in employment; and

   2. (2) for each complaint received:

      1. (i) the type of discrimination alleged;
      2. (ii) the category of job held by the complainant;
      3. (iii) whether the complainant is a public sector employee or a private sector employee;
      4. (iv) the complainant's country of origin; and
      5. (v) whether the appropriate agency determined that a violation occurred.
