1. (1) may not receive compensation as a member of the Commission; but

2. (2) is entitled to:

   1. (i) a per diem as provided in the State budget for attending scheduled meetings of the Commission, including participation in any hearings required by the administrative appeal process; and
   2. (ii) reimbursement for expenses in accordance with the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
