1. (a) In areas of overlapping jurisdiction, the Attorney General and the Commission shall coordinate and make referrals to minimize and eliminate duplication of effort and promote collaboration.

2. (b)

   1. (1) The Attorney General, in coordination with the Commission, shall adopt regulations to implement this section.
   2. (2) The Attorney General shall publish proposed regulations under this subsection for notice and comment on or before July 1, 2024.
