1. (1) 1 individual appointed by the Governor;

2. (2) as ex officio members:

   1. (i) the Comptroller;
   2. (ii) the Treasurer;
   3. (iii) the Secretary of Budget and Management; and
   4. (iv) the Secretary of Transportation; and

3. (3) as nonvoting members:

   1. (i) the chair of the Capital Budget Subcommittee of the Senate Budget and Taxation Committee; and
   2. (ii) the chair of the Capital Budget Subcommittee of the House Appropriations Committee.
