- (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
- (b) “Commission” means the Patuxent River Commission.
(c) “Plan” means:
- (1) the Patuxent River Policy Plan that has been approved by the General Assembly; and
- (2) all amendments to that Plan that are approved under this subtitle.
