1. (a) The head of the Division is the Chief of the Land Acquisition Division, who shall be appointed by the Secretary with the approval of the Governor.
2. (b) The Chief serves at the pleasure of the Secretary.
3. (c) The Chief must be experienced and skilled in the field of land acquisition.
4. (d) The Chief is entitled to the salary provided in the State budget.
