1. (a) The Commission shall appoint an Executive Director.
2. (b) The Executive Director serves at the pleasure of the Commission.

3. (c) The Executive Director shall:

   1. (1) direct and coordinate the technical staff, except public utility law judges, of the Commission; and
   2. (2) perform the other duties that the Commission prescribes.
