1. (a) This subtitle applies to transportation network companies, operators, and transportation network services.

2. (b) To the extent not otherwise covered in this subtitle, transportation network companies, operators, and transportation network services shall be subject to:

   1. (1) any applicable provisions of this title and Title 9 of this article; and
   2. (2) regulations adopted by the Commission for the regulation of transportation network services.
