Md. Code Ann., Pub. Util. § 10-204 – Terms and conditions of permit

(a) Each permit applies only to the particular taxicab designated in the permit.
(b)
1. (1) Each permit is subject to the terms and conditions that the Commission establishes.
2. (2) The Commission shall set a term of at least 1 year for each permit.
3. (3) The Commission may renew a permit in accordance with the standards set forth in § 10-203 of this subtitle.
(c) If sufficient cause is shown, the Commission may amend, suspend, or revoke a permit.
