1. (1) be designed and constructed in accordance with accepted engineering practices; and

2. (2) comply with standards and regulations developed and adopted by:

   1. (i) the State Fire Prevention Commission;
   2. (ii) a county fire chief;
   3. (iii) a fire administrator with responsibility for code enforcement; or
   4. (iv) in Baltimore City, the Chief of the Fire Department.

Each fast response residential fire sprinkler system installed shall:
