Md. Code Ann., Pub. Safety § 6-101

Definitions

(a) In this title the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) “Commission” means the State Fire Prevention Commission.
(c) “Department” means the Department of State Police.
(d) “Secretary” means the Secretary of State Police.
