1. (a) A majority of the Commission is a quorum.
2. (b) The Commission shall meet in the State at the times that it or its chairman determines.

3. (c) A member of the Commission:

   1. (1) may not receive compensation as a member of the Commission; but
   2. (2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations,¹ as provided in the State budget.

4. (d) The Commission shall:

   1. (1) maintain minutes of its meetings and any other records that it considers necessary; and
   2. (2) provide information, on request, regarding the budget, activities, and programs of the Commission.
