1. (1) students;
2. (2) individuals who are preparing themselves to engage in trade or industrial pursuits;
3. (3) individuals who are temporarily unemployed because of differences with their employers; and
4. (4) individuals who are engaged or employed in a seasonal business, trade, or occupation in Baltimore City or Allegany County.

This subtitle does not apply to:
