1. (a) This subtitle shall be enforced in accordance with:

   1. (1) the usual procedures of the court in which the proceedings are pending; or
   2. (2) the rules adopted by the court in which the proceedings are pending.
2. (b) If this subtitle requires that a motion be filed in a court in which no proceeding is pending with respect to the matter, the motion may be filed in any court.
