Contempt toward officials

- (1) the President;
- (2) the Vice President;
- (3) Congress;
- (4) the Secretary of Defense;
- (5) the secretary of a military department;
- (6) the Secretary of Homeland Security;
- (7) the Governor; or
- (8) the General Assembly.
A commissioned officer shall be punished as a court-martial may direct if the officer uses contemptuous words against:
