Administration and enforcement of subtitle

(a) The State Fire Marshal shall administer and enforce this subtitle.
(b) The State Fire Marshal may:
1. (1) adopt regulations necessary to carry out this subtitle; and
2. (2) use any member of the Office of the State Fire Marshal, as necessary, to carry out and enforce this subtitle.
