1. (a) On or before October 1 of each year, the Trust, in consultation with the Corps Board shall report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2-1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly.
2. (b) The report shall include a complete operating and financial statement covering the operations of the Corps Board and a summary of the activities of the Corps Board during the preceding fiscal year.
