1. (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
2. (b) “Application” means an application by a local government to the Board of Public Works to fund the purchase of an interest in real property under a local land preservation program.
3. (c) “Program” means a local land preservation program established in accordance with this subtitle.
4. (d) “Sponsor” means a local government.
